Athletic Director: Tony Taylor

As a graduate of the University of Texas, I have been coaching for 25 years and joined the McMullen County Cowboys & Cowgirls in 2011. My wife Tracie and I moved here with our two children, Hallie who is in 12th grade, and Mason who is in 5th. My philosophy of coaching is all about MOE, or Matter of Effort, and that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard!
